Well, we had just short of THREE whole months virus-free in the Stair household. We haven't had any sick bug in our house since early November and actually made it through the holiday season all in good health (much different than last year when Leighton started school, that's for sure).
But those healthy times don't last forever... Leighton has come down with a bad cold, and a little fever.
But it's nothing a little nighttime snuggle time with Daddy and Mickey Mouse episode can't fix
As L gets older and can communicate how she feels or what hurts, etc., the sick days are a lot easier on all of us. She's still so pathetic when she's sick, but she's been a real trooper this time.
No school today (with fever yesterday afternoon), so we had a morning trip to Mom's office instead. She was so good the entire time and actually really enjoyed being there!
