Fall is approaching quickly and it's time to take advantage of the lovely 80 degree weather while its here, so Leighton, Baxley and I headed to the park Monday afternoon.
I didn't realize we hadn't been to the park since we tried the swing a couple months ago (and Leighton did NOT care for it then). So we walked there Monday afternoon and discovered swinging is one of L's new favorite activities. She apparently has no fear of heights (unlike her mama) and squealed louder the higher she went. Such a big girl!
This morning, we met Angie and Ada at Alahambra Hall for a picnic in the park. Yes, that's my child with her own sippy cup in front of her and Ada's cup in her mouth. Of course, Ada's water tasted so much better than her own...
We love being outside and enjoying this (kind of cooler) weather, especially with friends!
