This past Monday was a school holiday so Leighton spent the day with Gigi (side note: Leighton recently took it upon herself to rename GranJan... so then there was "Gigi"). Gigi and Leighton met up with L's friend Harper for lunch and playdate in the park. All good reports that Leighton and Gigi had a wonderful day off together!
Later in the week, we met up with the Epps' fam to celebrate Mollie's first (1/2) birthday (really just an excuse to celebrate with mexican and Menchies, obviously).

A busy week followed by an even busier weekend with two birthday parties. One stop... the Sullivan's Island Fire Station for Hunter's 2nd birthday party. Leighton was a little indifferent at first, but once she saw all of her friends from class climbing around the inside of the fire truck, she decided it wasn't as scary as it first appeared. Imagine that.

Two birthday parties, one baby shower, one Costco run, and ten errands later, you get one tired (pregnant) mama, one trooper tag-a-long daddy, and one officially-partied-out little girl.
