We haven't had professional photos of Leighton taken since she was a newborn so we felt like it was time to get some (almost) one-year old photos taken. It's a few weeks early, but the weather is absolutely gorgeous and we found an awesome and relatively inexpensive photographer in the area. Leighton is very mobile these days so picture-taking has proven to be rather difficult, much less keeping her sitting in one spot for longer than two seconds, but Sterling did an amazing job.
We had a bunch of family photos taken as well, but one may make an appearance on a Christmas card this year (if I can get my act together soon), so we'll hold off on posting those for now. If only we could find a way to photoshop our other four-legged girl into the picture with us...
