The three of us enjoyed a quiet weekend at home in an effort to avoid the overwhelming crowds and 43,000 runners in town for the Cooper River Bridge Run. We still ended up downtown on Saturday, but only briefly so Dad could pick up his computer and some work he needed to do.

This morning, we went to church and then brunch at Triangle Char & Bar. After an hour wait (it's a new popular place for brunch), we enjoyed a few mimosas and a delicious meal before heading home for an afternoon walk with Bax and L's nap time.

We were all so worn out that all three of us ended up napping for two hours. What a nice, relaxing weekend it was!
